· How to begin a meditation practice

· How to stay in the moment

· Various ways to meditate

· Releasing the fear of meditating incorrectly

· A guided meditation

Please dress comfortably (yoga/workout clothes). Mats and chairs will be provided.

Personal mats are encouraged.

Max of 12 participants

There is no charge for meditation sessions but please feel free to make a donation if you so desire.
