Our free introductory workshop will include but is not limited to:
· What meditation is (and what it isn’t)
· How to begin a meditation practice
· How to settle the mind
· How to stay in the moment
· Various ways to meditate
· Releasing the fear of meditating incorrectly
· A guided meditation
Please dress comfortably (yoga/workout clothes). Mats and chairs will be provided (be sure to indicate which you prefer on your rsvp).
