Meditation with Holly

We are happy to continue to offer weekly guided meditation sessions.
If you have not (or even if you have) meditated before, below is what Holly’s sessions may include:
· What meditation is (and what it isn’t)
· How to settle the mind
· How to stay in the moment
· Various ways to meditate
· Releasing the fear of meditating incorrectly
· A guided meditation
We will meet each Wednesday through the month of August and September in the exercise/yoga room. Below are the times of each meditation session (Please note that times may change to do the instructor’s schedule).
While Holly would love to accommodate all who wish to participate, we are limiting the group to 15 participants. PLEASE let Holly ([email protected] or 704-641-8990) or Belynda know, ASAP, if you are unable to attend after signing up!
